This is my ED & weight loss blog. I've had an eating disorder for 12 years. Have any questions, feel free to ask. I don't give out unhealthy tips, though.

Breakfast:

9:00 - Egg whites (scrambled) - 48 cal

9:30 - Gluten-free brown rice cake - 40 cal

Lunch:

12:00 - Salad (spinach, shallots, lemon juice) - 30 cal

12:10 - 15 raspberries - 15 cal

Dinner:

5:00 - Homemade veggie soup - 50 cal

Total: 183

Note: Water with every meal, water and green tea in between each meal.

8 AM: Yogurt (sugar free) - 50 cal

11 AM: Gluten-free brown rice cake - 45 cal

2 PM: Homemade veggie soup - 50 cal

5 PM: Egg whites & zucchini (organic, scrambled) - 50 cal

Total: 195

Note: Water with every meal, water and green tea in between each meal.

Breakfast:

4 am - Water & green tea

4:30 - Yogurt (sugar free) - 45 cal

7:30 - Apple slices (granny smith) - 35 cal

Water & tea

Lunch:

11 am - Homemade veg soup - 50 cal

Water & tea

Snack:

2 pm - 10 raspberries - 10 cal

Water

Dinner:

5 pm - Homemade veg soup - 50 cal

Water

Total: 190

I’ve never tried any drug that helps with weight loss. In fact, the only “illegal” drug I’ve done was weed…once, when I was 17. =P I’ve taken vicodin, xanax, klonopin, ativan, valium, and lots of different mood stabilizers and antidepressants, but they were given to me from my psychiatrist. Well, the vicodin was from my mom. She has severe neck/spine pain from getting hit with a golf ball and a garage door falling on her. The vicodin doesn’t help her, though…so she’d give me the pills. =P I was pretty hooked on them for a few years off and on. I live far away from her now, though. Vicodin would sort of suppress my appetite, but if I took too many on an empty stomach, I’d get sick.

Thanks! ♥ My current veg soup doesn’t contain any broth, I just used the tomato juice to make it soupy. I do have organic fat-free chicken broth, as well as organic fat-free beef broth, but the last time I made the soup I couldn’t taste a huge difference, so I left it out. The broth has about 10 calories (or 25 for a cup), so it’s not a big deal, but I think the tomatoes hide the flavor. xD

Kombucha tea (GT’s gingerberry/organic raw) - 25 calories

Zucchini slices - 20 calories

Lunch:

Yogurt (sugar free) - 50 calories

Dinner:

Homemade veggie soup (celery, tomatoes, green beans, onions, carrots, green peppers) - 50 calories

Scrambled egg whites (organic) - 45 calories

Homemade veggie soup (tomatoes, celery, green beans, carrots, onions) - 70 calories

Dinner:

Steamed veggies (green beans, broccoli, carrots, zucchini) - 75 calories

Nope. My boobs are just stubborn and don’t want to go away. >.< They’re genetic, my mom is 5 feet tall and weighs 85 lbs and has a C cup. I’ve thought about getting them reduced just because they’re a pain, but I don’t want to go through any surgical procedures. I don’t really see them going away, unless I drop down really low. At 78 lbs they were still there. =\
